Scope & acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the project1p online store operated by Project1Purpose Ltd. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms in full.
Products & pricing
We describe our apparel as accurately as possible, including material (100% cotton, 240 GSM where stated). Prices are shown in EUR or USD according to your currency selection, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and limit quantities.
Orders & payment
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or payment capture. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Shipping & risk
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, designs, photography, and content on this site are owned by Project1Purpose or its licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project1Purpose shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Project1Purpose Ltd. Disputes shall first be addressed through pr@project1p.com before any legal proceedings.
